Well, I think it's safe to say that I will probably NEVER be getting one of them kill streak rewards!

Well, I tried to add the xbox guys, and none of the names show up as valid on the Elite player lookup, except for Kempo, but there are a few Kempo's to choose from.

So can you see the point of having elite, especially as a separate app? surely this is just a wanky version of a "super" playcard???

More and more I am glad to have just bought the game for $40!!!

Right now, I'm not convinced Elite is worth anything more than the DLC we are supposed to get free, as part of the Elite Premium membership.

The app, IMO, is pretty lame, especially considering 3arc was able to accomplish more with their in-game Playercard. The fact that you have to exit the game to access the Elite app, makes very little sense.

Activision dropped the ball on this one for sure, by not requiring IW/Sledgehammer to include it as a part of the multiplayer interface!

@Ram - are you getting an error message, or is it just not loading? I know the app would not load for me at first. But eventually I was able to use it. I don't know if it took me logging into the Elite site a couple of times, or playing a multiplayer match after logging onto the Elite site, but it is working, for the most part, now.

Yeah, I don't usually use it either, but I just unlocked the Stinger.

well, im with Dooley as far as MW3 game faults...CHAT is my biggest one, it was lile being in a conferance call, chatting with my buds playing BO, no i feel like im actually in COMBAT...im like what? huh? what? everytime someone talks..REAL DISAPOINTMENT...

l4l, have you tried the Markman perk yet? I think it's supposed to help with identifying the enemy, though, it may just be for long distances.

I've been pretty much using Stalker exclusively, since it allows me to move at a normal speed while ADS. And I'm so STOKED to see Overkill come back into the game! I've always thought it was a perk that should have been available in every title since WaW.

I was having a hard time spotting players as well. I have grown better. I believe just by playing too much. The marksman didn't work for me. Maybe I was using it wrong. I still can't justify running any perk over Dead Silence Pro.. SOO BAD ASS. I do run the Stalker until I make it to the level to unlock dead silence.

That's probably the single best use for the Specialist group. When I'm running solo, I like to use that with the Hard Line perk. Playing Domination is great, cus every capture counts towards the reward, so with Hard Line you get the first reward right away! And I think anything after the 6th kill gives you all the perks!

I have tried marksman, BUT it bums me out even more, no i know a enemy is there, but i dont have the aim to hit him..lol

Yeah, I hear ya there. They should come out with a predator like cloaking device perk. Maybe that would help us out.

Has anyone else noticed the increase in Javelin usage over the last couple of days?!? I was in a match last night, and I swear there was a Javelin being launched every other minute, possible even sooner! Those things should really be limited to vehicle targeting, and vehicles that are moving or in the air only!

I am honestly sick of MW3 - Worst chat ever, Crap scoreboard, Slow reload, Slow health regen, calling in of UAV's etc. AND

glitches glitches glitches (In the first month? imagine it by Feb next year!! We will all be flying, super slow, with no recoil! )

Me and Gnu were playing last night, not chance of chatting! Only thing I heard or said was "what?"

I am surprised the KD have dropped for so many people though within the clan it's a big change for people I see...

In persuit of my M.O.A.B. Monday night I was beasting a FFA..

I was running specialist contracts. I easily started out and got my 7 kills. All the perk BEASTIN!!.. I was now able to scavenge FAD ammo..

I continued to go 16 - 0... when I killed the 17the.. DEADMAN'S HAND... R U FLUCKING SERIOUS.. DEAD.

This would have been my match.. I know it..

lol, I almost loaded up a class with Deadmans hand, just to check it out, too. Guess I won't be doing that now.

I'm not sure what has happened over the last week, but my game play has gone to crap! Not that I really care what my KDR is, but I had managed to get it up to .94, from .8something. Now, thanks to some crappy ass games, it's back down to .9.

I think there may be some odd behavior with the spawning, too. On more than one occassion, I've re-spawned near an enemy, usually the a*hole that just killed me, only be killed by either their teammate that was in the area behind me, or had spawned behind me.

And I heard the other team talking last night after being killed! Super funny stuff what these guys say after being killed! One guy was pissed cus he swore he had "unloaded" on me! Guess his aim just wasn't as good.

Anyone else really excited to see Full-auto shotty's back in the game!

AA-12 is beast.. I will pick one up anytime I find one laying. The striker bitches are what has been pissing me off.. ALOT..

Here's something I've never really understood about the challenges on pretty much all COD titles.

Why, after prestiging, do they still block out certain challenge groups? IMO, all challenge groups should be reset to 0, but remain unlocked when you prestige.

Has anyone used the prestige tokens to unlock a custom class item? If so, is that item available starting at level 1, or only once you get to the unlock level for the item?

Hey dark.. I used ALL my prestiege tokens on gear.. You unlock the gear for all prestiges and it is available to you the moment you can create a gun class. Think it is level 5? So far I have use my tokens on:

The FAD
Assassin
Portable radar (these help the entire team, I saw the value in these right away)
The stinger

and this past stiege I was torn between unlocking Dead silence or the MP-7.. I choose dead silence this time.. Kinda regreting it. The mp7 is such a sweet gun..

I will unlock the mp7 next stiege.. Then I will spend the remainder of the tokens I unlock on the titles and emblems.

So it doesn't matter what level the item is typically unlocked, you get to use it at whatever level unlocks custom classes ?

That's another thing I don't understand. Why not allow you to start creating custom classes from level 1 of any prestige? It's not like you haven't already been through this once already.

I didn't know that about the portable radar. Does Blind Eye or Assassin affect it's use, though? I've got one class setup with it, and I swear it didn't show the position of an un-friendly that was within it's range. Most of the time I'm trying to toss it thinking it's a flashbang.
