Lookin's RANT - COD BO

well, as you all ,may well know i have many contacts in the Call of Duty community...



so it was no surprise i was invited to to see a pre-release version of BO being played on utube..



what was a suprise? the name... its not BO for Black Ops, it BO for Barak Obama...paying tribute to our first black american president...



the interresting new change?

well if you are playing online, and you find yourself in a position of danger, you can RETREAT

then they came up with RETREAT STREAKS...if you bail on a potential combat suituation more than once you can get:

3 Retreat Streak = PRESSLEAK (you leak to the press (unofficialy of course) that you think the other team is doing bad things and you are disappointed in them)

5 Retreat Streak = OP POLL (you take a opnion poll, to see if fighting back would be supported by the general public)

7 Retreat Streak = STRONG WORD (you send a strongly worded letter to the other team, telling them to stop fighting or face economic sanctions)

but the best?

25 Retreat Streak = VOTE REP (you elect a republican president, you are quickly joined by 3999 other US marines, the other team instantly surrenders and peace is restored)

HOWEVER when you call in 'VOTE REP' you will hear Al Gore say "Release the Hippies!", your troops are surrounded by anti-war protesters, yelling "baby killer", carring protest signs and spitting on you. MUCH worse than zombies...

of all the videos i have seen, nobody was able to beat the hippies, but here were some tricks that seemed to help:

L1+X = ENVRO (distract 50% of the hippies with a environmental disaster)

R2+X = RTR (raise taxes on rich, has nothing to do with the war, but it gets rid of 60% of hippies)

L1+L2+x = HUAC (tell them this is not a war, but a humanitarian action, this gets rid of about 85% of the hippies, the rest sit around a fire, singing, doing bong hits, and eating tofu, BUT if you shoot too close to them, they start protesting again, BE CAREFUL)

Rofl, man I feel like arguing but don't feel like it after reading this. Oh time to take my political jargon aside.

well, that wasnt a complaint, more of an attempt at humor...

fine, fine, fine, but i picture a year from now, that list is longer^^^, and people are saying, why does that guy lookin have such boring posts about investing in government treasury bills?

i'll admit that some of my humor=FAIL, but i take time to think things up, AND I take time to post them here, more than most are willing to do, and if you look carefuly at my first post
AND my Bush Jr joke above, you will find...that YES they are infact COD game related posts/jokes...ya they arnt a hints section, or a headphone guide, but the WERE designed to incorporate COD in my humor...so if your opnion is "im to sensitive for lookins humor" OR "lookin is the worlds biggest dumbass" my suggestion is.........get CREATIVE! create an Idea, then create a thread, then type your idea into that thread, then click POST....write for the sake of writing, if every author said "i want my writing to appeal to 100% of the readers, or I wont write at all" well, i guess, we would have a lot less books/blogs to complain about...
